PRIVATE ONE ON ONE LESSONS

Our Private one on one lessons are held at our Private Location in The Bronx located in a residential area. The private location is an intimate space that was created just for you and caters to your specific needs! Private one on one lessons are perfect for anyone that has specific goals in mind, such as working on some tricks and need a little help, New or Novice Dancer Seeking Mentorship and Training, Someone who never tried pole dancing and is a Beginner and want to try it before starting a full group pole class or want to create something special for an special occasion. The possibilities are endless and no matter what you are working on, we can help you achieve your specific goals! We customize your sessions to what you want to learn and train whether it’s Pole Dance, Entertainer Development, Exotic Dancing, Fitness, Yoga/Stretch/Flexibility, Dance, Chair, Twerk Cardio or Strength Training and more. As well, as offer off schedule class session available in the mornings, evenings & weekends to accommodate your busy schedule, just send us an email to book youR off schedule session. Private Sessions are 1 hour long and consist of 15 minute warm up/stretch and 45 minute of class instruction with freestyle at the end. All our classes are Beginner Friendly.
