PRIVATE ONE ON ONE LESSONS
Our Private one on one lessons are held at our Private Location in The Bronx located in a residential area. The private location is an intimate space that was created just for you and caters to your specific needs! Private one on one lessons are perfect for anyone that has specific goals in mind, such as working on some tricks and need a little help, New or Novice Dancer Seeking Mentorship and Training, Someone who never tried pole dancing and is a Beginner and want to try it before starting a full group pole class or want to create something special for an special occasion. The possibilities are endless and no matter what you are working on, we can help you achieve your specific goals! We customize your sessions to what you want to learn and train whether it’s Pole Dance, Entertainer Development, Exotic Dancing, Fitness, Yoga/Stretch/Flexibility, Dance, Chair, Twerk Cardio or Strength Training and more. As well, as offer off schedule class session available in the mornings, evenings & weekends to accommodate your busy schedule, just send us an email to book youR off schedule session. Private Sessions are 1 hour long and consist of 15 minute warm up/stretch and 45 minute of class instruction with freestyle at the end. All our classes are Beginner Friendly. Analy Chapa Pole Dancing
Analy started her journey at Embody Alternative Fitness in October of 2014 after wanting to try something new. She first began with aerial silks and hoop, but had to wait 8 months for her 18th birthday to take a pole class. She hated pole at first but eventually fell in love with it. She has a background in figure skating and dance. Analy continues to train on all apparatuses Embody has to offer and strives to be even stronger and bendier than the week before. In addition to instructing pole, she is a history major at a local university.

Claudio Cordero Surfing
When I finally had my first surf lesson in the sea, I knew that was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. So I bought everything I need to be in the water and learn to surf. From there it became my addiction and I could never leave it again, it is my search, my passion, my desire to be better to get up to go conquer those waves that, no matter how fearful I feel, they will always give me a satisfaction that is not I find nowhere else. There when I finally left school I decided to study oceanography to be able to surf and live the rest of my life near the sea, but life had another plan for me, and that was to come and live in the United States to continue traveling and surfing. waves that I had never imagined I would be surfing in my life. I have surfed for almost 15 years of my life, and if there is something that I am completely sure, it is that I want to do it until the day I die, in these moments I feel very happy and grateful to be able to take this new step of becoming a surf instructor where I can easily share my passion for the sea and everything I have learned in all these years of surfing.
Personal Training Sessions
Consultations are needed prior to all training (virtual or in person) sessions to ensure you'll receive a results-driven program, and achieve your goals in a safe, effective manner. All training sessions (e.g., virtual, semi-private, private, etc) are 60 minutes.

And, I aim to add to that list by traveling to other continents to surf the world! Growing up in a small mountain town in Pennsylvania, I taught ski/snowboard lessons.

POLE CLASSES
Strength, grace, and sensuality combine on this vertical stainless steel apparatus. Pole classes break down various spins, dance movement, floorwork, and conditioning exercises. In the process, you will improve body awareness and coordination. You will also increase upper body strength and flexibility. No worries if you have none of these skills. We will teach you all the basics needed to progress.
