Namaste. I’m Frankie. I have been practicing yoga for over a decade and spent 4 months in India to meet yoga teachers to understand the deeper, authentic aspects and philosophy of Yoga. In my practice, I like finding the balance, experiencing stability and polarities; feeling the calmness and stillness in a Yin style, the dynamic and powerful poses in a Yang style. My favourite pose is the Warrior, as it reminds me of power and bravery, focus and balance to face any battles in my life.
