Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a system of yoga and meditation that promotes health, happiness, and spiritual awareness. It is a complete science that combines postures (asanas), movement, sound current (mantra), breath (pranayam) and meditation into powerful sets called kriyas. It is designed to provide you with the experience of your highest consciousness.

Our community focuses on going deep into the Kundalini yogic methodology and lifestyle; and all classes, events, and workshops give you the tools to explore your depth and vastness, and the opportunity to exalt in the sacredness of your own soul. Our curriculum is directly from the art and science of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, adhering to the purity and piety of the "Golden Chain" present throughout these teachings. All Kundalini Yoga classes begin with tuning, using the Adi Mantra, "Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo", meaning, "I bow to the subtle divine wisdom, the divine teacher within". Guided by the teacher, students chant the Adi Mantra three times as they take a long, deep breath.
