Semi-Private Classes
Our semi-private classes are individually tailored sessions in a group setting. Each person works at their own pace and receives personal instruction and exercises specific to their needs. There are a maximum of three people in a semi-private session, and some sessions are limited to two people. Classes involve both mat work and equipment based exercises. Sessions are 60 minutes.

We work 7 days a week with individuals of all fitness levels, whether newcomers to exercise or seasoned athletes.
