We are an inclusive, compassionate and authentic Yoga Community, where everybody is welcomed regardless of age, experience or beliefs. The studio is mindfully designed to create a sense of a real urban Sanctuary. A place where you can nourish, strengthen, expand and let go. We share our love of the planet and its wonderful array of inhabitants with a space full of plants, sunlight, statues and incense.
Strong Flow
Slow Flow: A rhythmic practice which empowers you to flow at a mindful pace while creating a tangy zest of strength and vitality. The movement offers strong muscular endurance, toning and stability, as we stay in while diving into the space of your body and breath. Includes meditation and pranayama (breathwork) and is suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
Westside Yoga
Westside Yoga is true to the lineage of this tradition. We initially focus on the asana (postures) to strengthen and reconnect you to your body, then we gently teach you how to breathe more consciously to activate the energy (prana) in your being. With this foundation in place we share yogic insights and philosophy to understand the nature of mind, moving it from erratic and destructive to a beloved companion. Then finally we guide you into meditation and mindfulness techniques to open your heart and reunite you with who you are.
