Flow Yoga with Grace Houston
In my class we will explore freedom in movement, connect with our breath and find space in our minds. We will follow the natural ebb and flow of the class, building a little heat and discovering joy in moving our bodies. There will be something for everyone within this space and it will deliver you into the weekend feeling grounded, calm and connected.
Space for Space Yoga By Lorna Royle
Our focus in this vinyasa practice will be encouraging space as we transition from day to evening. Quieting the mind and redressing the imbalances of the day, allowing energy to flow more freely around the body. Through pranayama and a nourishing warm up we will flow. Each session will conclude with some longer held restorative postures and a short meditation.

Space at the Mill is a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the city. A refuge from the stress and disharmony that life can bring. Providing a soft and quiet place to rebalance, destress and recharge our busy minds, it is the perfect environment to create healthy practices that encourage us back to 'home'ostasis. Our large, light and plant-filled loft studio has a serene energy that is palpable. Nestled in a listed 19th century former haberdashery mill that is steeped in history and surrounded by green space. We run regular midweek classes and at weekends host health, wellness and personal growth events, workshops and courses that we believe nourishes our community.
