What you can expect?
Pre Academy Classes is ideal for motivated advanced-intermediate to advanced players who are looking to take their game to the next level. The typical player has exceed expectations in the Green Ball or at the High-School Level. Activities are designed around full stroke development, the use of different spins to improve shot selection, advanced footwork, developing individual strengths, recognizing opponent’s weaknesses, and anticipating shots.
Cardio Tennis is a tennis workout program designed for players at an intermediate level or above. Our Tennis World coaches bring together a variety of cardio workouts, a range of fun tennis drills and pump out a high-energy soundtrack to keep you moving. Cardio Play concentrates on advanced tennis drills. This session includes high-intensity drills as well as singles and doubles match-play scenarios. Cardio Play is for five players on court plus a coach.
Academy and Competition Training for highly motivated junior and adult players. We do local and international tournament preparations.
