What you can expect?

We use various specific Pilates equipment to train the body to achieve core strength, pelvis and shoulder stability, flexibility, post-rehabilitate injuries and postural re-alignment. We help you build functional strength to make you feel great and look good.

GYROTONIC METHOD As the pioneer in this evolved exercise method in Bali, we hope to raise the awareness of possibilities of moving our bodies in a very different way and the positive effect of this expansion on our mental and spiritual well-being.

GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE With only 4 clients in a class, you enjoy the dynamic of working out with other people while getting individual attention. Classes are done mainly on the Pilates Reformer, with Pilates Chair to vary the workouts.

POST-REHABILITATION PROGRAM Recovering from an injury can be frustrating if we do not know how to manage the pain but are eager to get back into being functional. The good news is that with both the old and new injuries, if we give it the right amount of proper care, the body will restore its function and the pain will subside due to the diminishing of the compensation patterns and adequate support from the muscular system within the body.

POST NATAL RESTORATION PROGRAM Postpartum is a special time for women to come to be in touch with her body, which has gone through tremendous changes in various systems. Often ignored, on a physical level, the joints and muscles have changed and expanded rapidly in a matter of months, the body needs proper care in facilitating recovery to avoid compensation and imbalances that can potentially turned into chronic pain.

SENIOR FITNESS PROGRAM Aging actively has become the goal for many seniors. Due to the changes that accompanying an aging body, special attention is needed when we work with this group of population. Besides some of the diseases and conditions affecting seniors, falls, balance, lost of strength and flexibility, postural issues, chronic pain that are affecting mobility and daily living, are common challenges that seniors face every single day.
