Welcome to The Bali Physio! We are a physiotherapy and rehabilitation center located right at the heart of Seminyak.
Established in early December 2018, our focus is to provide high-quality and accessible treatments for some of the most common sports and non-sports related injuries such as low back pain, bad posture, sciatica, limited mobility, ACL tear, Golfer’s elbow, neck & shoulder strain, etc.
At The Bali Physio, our licensed and experienced physiotherapists use some of the latest equipments combined with a set of specific post-therapy exercises to treat clients ranging from athletes, surfers, elderly, and daily workers.

Rounded shoulders are typically caused by poor posture habits, muscle imbalances and focusing too much on certain exercises. Do the Kneeling Open Book Stretch everyday to fix your rounded shoulders!
Deep neck flexor exercise The deep neck flexor muscles sit deep in the front of the neck, behind the trachea (windpipe). Because of their close proximity to the vertebrae (spine) and their short length, they have an important role in providing stability to the neck.
Exercise to improve shoulder range of motion. Your shoulder is made up of many different moving parts. The ball of your upper arm fits into your shoulder socket. It’s held there with muscles, tendons, and ligaments. An issue with just one of these parts can affect your range of motion.
Gluteal Muscle Stretching. This treatment aims to make patients proactive in treating their own problems as the progress of therapy will be faster if the physiotherapist and the patient work together to solve the problem.
Carpal bone manipulation. Manipulation is a manual technique often used in physical therapy as an adjunctive treatment for a variety of musculoskeletal pathologies. This method only can be treated by professional physiotherapist.
Hip abduction exercise for gluteus medius strengthening. The gluteus is the biggest muscle group in the body. There are three glute muscles that comprise your behind, including the gluteus medius. Your glutes are the most powerful muscles in your body and responsible for any movements of the hip and thighs. These include sitting, walking, running, and more.
The Towel Curl The towel curl (also called the toe curl) is an excellent foot strengthening exercise. It stretches and flexes the foot to improve balance, support the arches of your feet, and increase overall foot strength.
