Spartan Harriers, established in April 1901 (NPO Registration No. 187-469), is situated in the leafy suburb of Meadowridge, Cape Town. We are fortunate to have some of the best road and trail routes on our doorstep and take advantage of these each Tuesday & Thursday evening (6pm) as well as on our longer runs on a Saturday morning (6am). We welcome all kinds of walkers and runners from beginners to experienced athletes.

RUN WITH US Join our weekly club runs, time trials, cross country and road races.
WALK WITH US We welcome all kinds of walkers and runners from beginners to experienced athletes.
BEGINNERS The beginner training group is led by experienced runners / walkers from the club and beginner members are supplied with training programmes and / or advice. There are beginners groups for runners and walkers.
SPARTAN ACADEMY There is power in community and there is power in the camaraderie of sport – when brought together we have the opportunity to bring about change.
