Located on the tropical island of Bali, 400 metres from beautiful Bingin Beach. Bali Training Centre sets a new standard for the term training in paradise. We aim to bring you a high standard of training in a relaxed and friendly environment.

What you can expect?

After living and fighting in Thailand, co-founder and head trainer Jake came to Bali and fell in love with Bingin Beach. “The waves, the people and the good times - I instantly wanted to call this place home. With the closest gym an hours drive into town I was never content. I joined forces with local restaurant and bar The Cashew Tree and BTC was born."

Muay Thai Our Muay Thai group classes are for for everyone of all levels from beginners to advanced. The class runs for 90 minutes and includes warm up, stretching, shadow boxing, 4 rounds of pad work, fitness challenge, group exercise finishing with 5 minutes stretching. We have all the equipment here so if you don't have your own that's fine.

HIIT Fitness Our HIIT Fitness group classes are for everyone of all ages of all fitness levels. The class runs for 1 hour and includes warm up/stretching followed by a full body workout over many different fitness stations. Generally the class includes 30 different stations at approximately a workmate of 35/45 seconds ON with 25 second rest periods in between. We have a 2 minute break halfway through the workout. The class finishes off with 5 minutes of stretching.

Kettlebells Our Kettlebell class is for everyone of all ages of all fitness levels. This class runs for 1 hour and includes warm up/stretching followed by a full body Kettlebell work out. This session generally includes 30 different Kettlebell exercises all at a work rate of 45 seconds ON with 25 seconds rest periods. We have a 2 minute break halfway through the workout. The class finishes off with 5 minutes of stretching.
