Our team of highly skilled teachers offer classes, courses and workshops to all levels of yoga students both in-studio and online. The Shala specializes in 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher training programmes and provides ongoing education and training for yoga teachers.

Our studio is housed in an elegant heritage building on Dunkley Square in the vibrant Gardens area of Cape Town. We offer changing rooms, shower facilities, a comfortable lounge area and a beautiful yoga studio with high ceilings and vintage wooden floors.
