The Assessment Your personalised programme is built around you and your goals. Our team will analyse your current body composition and fat percentage, undertake a thorough pre exercise assessment.

The Nutrition Plans The objective is to use a scientific and logical approach to nutrition for body composition results. After analysing the results of your body fat modulation, we use set principles to create a nutrition plan tailored to you.

The Training We live by a training method that has resulted in an extensive number of clients transformations. Our training programme promotes lean muscle building and burning body fat. It’s not easy, but it sure is effective!

The Follow Up Every two weeks, we re-assess your progress, tweaking your training programme and diets plan. These regular check ins reveal how far you’ve come, and in most cases act as additional motivation to push onto greater heights.
