APRIL '22 HIGHLIGHTS To the uninitiated: Our monthly Level Up classes (3 class credits) are 2-hour how-to workshops that’ll take your practice to the next level. Dive deep to learn the why’s and how’s behind more advanced postures, so you can add more poses into your yoga repertoire. Pop Up yoga classes (1 class credit) are all-level classes, perfect for both newbies and seasoned yogis. Like our regular classes, they're an hour-long – spiced up with an awesome theme and playlist.
