423 Yoga is a stunning new Hot Yoga studio located on Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach. Our studio was built with you in mind. Our walls are painted with limewash, a color technique where high PH levels improve the interior air quality. Our PEM flooring is antimicrobial, resistant to odor, and best of all, prevents puddles that often have us slipping and sliding in hot yoga studios. Our heating unit was designed specifically for hot yoga and has UV lights that filter the moist air that you breathe throughout your practice.

What you can expect?

This is a heated, low impact HIIT, yoga-based class using weights.  Be ready to burn calories, build strength, gain flexibility, and feel your core.  hard core 50minutes with  upbeat music.  All levels 🎵
