I’m Claire Pickin and I run affordable Hatha Yoga classes and Chair Yoga classes in Sale & Sale Moor and provide ways to practice online too.
I’ve been teaching yoga since 2007 and practicing yoga with my yoga teaching Mum since I was a child. All classes are mixed ability and beginners are especially welcome.

For a gentle, non-intimidating approach to yoga. My classes are non-competitive, non-judgemental and completely inclusive with alternative postures to suit most abilities. Please bring a mat if you have one or reserve one in advance with me (I only have a limited number of spare mats)
