About Me
About Me
My name is Meg, and I'm your coach here at TTY.⠀
⠀
I'm a firm believer that adding some strength training into your life paves the way to unlocking your true potential. I'm not just talking about potential in the gym for strength or fitness, but potential in life. By celebrating your abilities and continuing to go past your own expectations, you empower yourself with the confidence that you can do anything, and therefore BE anything you want to be.
⠀
I help people create a vision of themselves they don't initially believe possible, and then guide them to achieve it.
⠀
I work with people who have wanted to be that confident person in the gym, lifting, but don't know where to start learning, people who are stuck in a rut with their self image or training and aren't sure how to fix it, and people who are tired of the diet culture messages that they should always be striving to be smaller, but want to feel happier in their own skin and take charge of their health and their habits.
⠀
A lifestyle change takes time. If, during that time, life presents some challenges then we tackle them as a team. Quality coaching has space for patience and compassion. It's rarely as simple as "how bad do you want it".
⠀
My inbox is always open for anyone just looking for a little bit of advice, even if you're not looking for coaching. This may be my job, but I'm here to help. ⠀

Lay the foundations before you...
What you can expect?

We've got four regular training days plus a fifth weakness day, with strength, gymnastic and conditioning bias sessions available to choose (or pick n mix) from. Each session will take 60-90 minutes and *most* of the programming can be done in any gym. Substitutions will be offered in cases where equipment isn't common in commercial gyms for example rope climbs or GHD sit ups.
