12x3 Boxing is a boxing club based in Aldgate, East London. At 12x3 you learn the true art of boxing through authentic boxing classes and/or one-to-one personal training sessions – all delivered by professional boxers and real life boxing champions. Founded by Darren Barker and Ryan Pickard, 12x3 welcomes all comers – whether you are a recreational boxer with previous boxing experience, or a complete novice who simply wants to learn the sweet science of boxing.
