Anna is European born and raised professional with a passion for health, wellness, human values and nature.
Concept of Yoga House Studio came to life after she made her biggest life transition and moved from tiny city in Europe to vibrant and sunny Los Angeles,
This new life journey was planned and very exciting, but the transition and culture shock was emotionally challenging: she found herself in a different culture with no relatives, best friends, and personal beloved places.
At this time of her life, over seven years ago she started deeply exploring all the mindfulness practices, different types of yoga, meditations, breath work, sound bath and noticing the amazingly positive results these tools brought into her life.
During this time she also had an opportunity to expand her knowledge and yoga practice under the eye of world renowned mentors like Travis Elliot, Lauren Eckstrom, Fatimata Nene Sanogo, Paul Teodo and many more around the globe.
