BOXING ALL LEVELS - From beginner to advanced boxing; our boxing classes include a unique blend of shadow boxing, trainer mitt work, bag work, and strength training.
TECHNICAL BOXING - We host our intermediate classes in the front space of our facility. No mirrors, out in the open, more partner work, advance techniques, and much more to up your boxing technique.
ADVANCED BOXING - More than just another boxing boutique place. We offer many contact classes for those interested in taking their boxing to a competitive level.
