CrossFit North London (CFNL) is located in an epic 10,000 sq ft facility and is London’s biggest CrossFit gym. Gerard Andrews is the founding coach of NLSC and qualified as a CrossFit coach in Idaho, US in 2012. He is one of only 1% of all CrossFit coaches worldwide that holds the Certified CrossFit L3 qualification. Gerard is also a Corrective Exercise and injury specialist with over 20 years experience. He is also a certified Neurokinetic Therapist and runs an injury clinic within the gym.
