*TERMS & CONDITIONS* 1. Lesson Confirmation: All bookings/payments must be made through www.probuddy.io and ensure that your bookings are confirmed prior to the scheduled session. This helps both students and coaches prepare adequately for a productive learning experience. 2. Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. However, please note our cancellation policy: - Any cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. - If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, the full rate will apply. - No refunds or makeup sessions will be provided in such cases. 3. PACKAGE USAGE The package must be used within a period of 3 months. 4. RAIN The cancellation of sessions due to rain is based on coach's discretion. WhatsApp notifications will be sent out if it rains and the canceled lesson will be automatically credited to the next session. If you have been notified that the classes are ongoing but decide not to come, this will be considered a NO SHOW and no make-ups or credit transfers will be arranged. 5. WITHDRAWAL OF TENNIS PACKAGE Please notify the admin if you intend to withdraw your tennis package with us. Please be aware that there won't be any refunds for the remaining classes for that term that weren't taken. 6. NO REFUND POLICY Olaso Tennis and Probuddy operates under a strict no-refund policy. Once booking is made, it is considered final and non-refundable under any circumstances. We encourage customers to carefully consider all bookings before completing transactions.
