These courts are designed for easy access, often allowing players to book time slots online or through an app, then arrive and play at their convenience. Players are responsible for bringing their own equipment and ensuring the court is left in good condition for the next users. This setup provides a flexible and user-friendly experience, making it easy for pickleball enthusiasts to enjoy the sport on their own schedule. Go into Telok Ayer food center or find the side entrace on Cheang Hong Lim Pl to lead you into the Lift lobby of the building. go up to level R from lifts Court 1 is as you exits lifts on left and court 2 is on right side. PADDLES AND BALLS RENTAL Paddles and balls are available for rent onsite, ensuring you have everything you need for a great game. To streamline the process and maintain convenience, all payments for rentals must be made online in advance. Please make sure to return all equipment to its designated storage area once you're done playing, failure to do so may result in penalties and could lead to being banned from booking the court. This helps keep the facility organized and ensures that the next players can easily access what they need. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the court for everyone’s enjoyment. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION We understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes arise, making it necessary to change your plans. At ProBuddy, we uphold a strict no-cancellation policy. However, in the event of rain, we are happy to accommodate by rescheduling your appointment. RAIN POLICY If your session is canceled due to rain, you may reschedule your booking. However, if there is no rain and you choose not to attend, it will be considered a NO SHOW, and no make-ups or credit transfers will be provided. RESCHEDULING PROCESS Contact the Admin: Send a message via WhatsApp to +63 917 146 5373 on the day of your scheduled session. Provide Details: Include your booking name, date and time of your original session. Request a New Date: Suggest an alternative date and time for your session, subject to availability. Confirmation: Wait for confirmation from the Admin to ensure your new schedule is finalized. NO REFUND POLICY Probuddy operates under a strict no-refund policy. Once booking is made, it is considered final and non-refundable under any circumstances. We encourage customers to carefully consider all bookings before completing transactions.
