WhatsApp notifications will be sent out if it rains and the canceled lesson will be automatically credited to the next session. If you have been notified that the classes are ongoing but decide not to come, this will be considered a NO SHOW and no make-ups or credit transfers will be arranged. MAKEUP SESSION A makeup session is available only for sessions canceled due to rain or absences caused by sickness with a medical certificate provided within 48 hours of absence. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION We understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes arise, making it necessary to change your plans. At ProBuddy, we uphold a strict no-cancellation policy. However, in the event of rain, we are happy to accommodate by rescheduling your appointment. Late cancellation will be considered a NO SHOW and no make-ups or credit transfers will be arranged. NO REFUND POLICY Probuddy operates under a strict no-refund policy. Once booking is made, it is considered final and non-refundable under any circumstances. We encourage customers to carefully review all bookings before completing transactions. This policy applies to all services offered. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Operational Changes In the event of operational changes, such as court closure or coach unavailability/departure, booking credits equivalent to the affected session will be issued.
