BODY TRANSFORMATION This Body Transformation Bootcamp is aimed at people who want a complete lifestyle change. A pre and post-program including body fat checks and measurements will be taken throughout the course, which will feature both fitness and nutrition training, tailored for every individual. The Bootcamp begins with a 5-day detox, clearing the body from toxins and allowing the digestive system to reboot.
