Indoor Padel Australia is located right in the heart of Sydney in Alexandria, a 5 min walk from Mascot train station (just 2 stops away from Central Station). It is an inclusive, social, fast-moving, and fun sport for everyone. It is a mix of tennis and squash, and is played in an enclosed court roughly 25% smaller than a tennis court. The game is played in doubles and uses the tennis scoring system. For people of all abilities and ages, it is a great way to exercise, more accessible than tennis. In short, it is easier to hold a longer rally in Padel (for less skilled players) than it is in tennis. And a bit slower, requiring running shorter distances.
