Founded in 2016 by Jasmine Chong and Betty Kong, Lab Studios is the home of fitness concepts Yoga Lab, Barre Lab and Lab on Demand – all with the mission of creating safe, accessible spaces for people from all walks of life to explore their practice.
The name “Lab Studios” is a reference to its unique approach to fitness and wellness. Each Lab Studio class is created based on sequences that focus on the appropriate muscle groups to achieve optimal results.

BARRE (SIGNATURE CLASS) This class is your perfect barre playground. A Barre Lab Signature class that truly combines elements of yoga, dance and Pilates into a SERIOUSLY FUN upbeat full body workout. Expect usage of props in this class. Expect lots of big smiles and big burns. Expect a seamless class filled with fun transitions. Designed to serve barre practitioners of all levels.

BARRE CARDIO Calling all cardio and HIIT junkies, this class is for you. Created by our personal trainers in the team, the Barre Cardio class is a combination of cardio, strength and conditioning which focuses on building muscle endurance, total body-toning and sculpting. Expect a heart-racing experience with the HIIT portion of this class. Yes, you heard us right, HIIT with barre moves. The combination of strength and grace.

BARRE BEATS Barre Beats takes elegant dance-inspired moves and adds the exhilaration of high-intensity workouts. This class is set to challenge your coordination, cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance and flexibility while incorporating more dance and musical elements to the regular Signature class. With rhythmic movements executed to the beat of trending hits, achieve your goals with the grace of a ballerina!

BARRE STRETCH
Open to both beginners and advanced members, Barre stretch is a full body, 55 minute class focused on toning and lengthening major muscle groups. It marries the precision and core strengthening of Pilates and the mindfulness and flexibility of yoga. BARRE BURN AND STRETCH Our favourite half and half class. We start off with power class to get the barre burn and sweat going and finish off with a yummy stretch session to leave you feeling balanced.

PRENATAL Designed for the pregnant mummies to build a stronger mind and body. Incorporating breathing techniques and a long relaxation. We believe this class is the perfect way to stay active during pregnancy. This class is suitable for second and third trimester mummies.
