Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a Chinese medical treatment method that has been practiced for thousands of years in China. Therapeutic Massage (Tui-Na Therapy) Tui-Na is a Chinese ancient form of massage. The therapy combines acupressure and body manipulation techniques for therapeutic purposes. It is well known as a "quick fix" in treating pain and improving mobility after sports injuries. TCM Tui-Na is used in treating various conditions, such as sports injuries, ligament sprain, muscle strain, tendonitis, chronic pain, stress, even sleeping difficulty.

Moxibustion Moxibustion is a type of TCM therapy that involves the burning of moxa made from dried mugwort to facilitate healing. It shares the same principle and theory as acupuncture, and certain acu-points will be selected for moxibustion. There are many forms of moxa, such as moxa cone, moxa roll, moxa box and stick-on moxa.

Cupping (Ba-Guan)
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of TCM treatment in which a local suction is created on the skin; TCM believes this mobilises blood flow in order to promote healing. Scraping (Gua-Sha) Scraping is another ancient form of TCM treatment method in which the skin is being scraped, producing light bruising. Ox horn or jade may be used for scraping as it is believed that it enhances the "clearing heatiness" effect. In most modern practices, a ceramic or plastic piece with smooth edges is used to perform pressured long-strokes repeatedly, with mild friction over the skin, along the meridians.
