What you can expect?

BEGINNERS BOXING Suitable for people new to boxing or those who want to improve their fundamentals. Our coaches will build your boxing and footwork foundations including stance, all punch techniques, basic combinations, defense like parries, slips and weaves.

BOXING PADS A 60-minute boxing pad work class, each member gets 3+ rounds of pad work time with one of the trainers, followed by drills, bag work and conditioning.

BOXING DRILLING A 60-minute skills-based class, in which you will learn stance, footwork, boxing drills and combinations with Kickboxing K1 Muay Thai Drilling.

BOXING / PARTNER PADS Team up with a partner in this 60-minute boxing class, where you learn how to throw punch combinations as well as learn how to hold pads for a partner. We will keep it all basic, so it is suited for all levels. Our experienced coaches will have you punching and holding pads like a pro in no time. From the warm up to pad and partner rounds, you will not only have a great workout, but learn a new skill as well.

BEGINNERS MUAY THAI Learn the very basics of the sport, from understanding your stance, your footwork, correct techniques in punches, kicks, knees and elbows to help better refine your technical form. The 60-minute class will include warmup, footwork and stance drills, technique correction and run across all the weapons of Muay Thai and Kickboxing.

K1 / MUAY THAI PADS A 90-minute Muay Thai and kickboxing pad work class, each member gets 3+ rounds of pad work time with one of the trainers, followed by drills, bag work and conditioning.

K1 / MUAY THAI DRILLING A 60-minute class where you will work with a partner on building combinations, incorporating knees and elbows, defense and rhythm work. This is a skill-oriented class.
