About Me
Tamara eat, sleeps and breathes yoga. She has been practicing for 16 years and teaching for 8. She hopes to inspire others to share her life long passion for movement health, nutrition and fitness.
Tamara began her teacher training in 2006, when she travelled to Mysore, India to spend 3 months studying with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and R. Sharath Jois and has continued learning ever since. Ultimately her own daily practice is the best teaching source, bringing constant inspiration, a strong foundation and a deep understanding of yoga.
Her no-nonsense approach to teaching yoga includes aspects of the different styles and techniques Tamara has picked up along her yoga journey. Her classes infuse playful flowing sequences with technical alignment and a healthy dose of humour.

What you can expect?

The series consists of 8 videos providing you with a well-rounded practice that you can work through at your own pace. Each class focuses on a different area of the body and is filled with the dynamic stretches, restorative holds, and intuitive movements I use on a daily basis. I’ll be sharing my tips and secrets with you so that you get the most out of your workout. Together we’ll move, sculpt and tone your body, helping you become stronger and more flexible than ever before!
