Our most popular bundle is our 5 x one hour package. Unsure? Just buy one lesson. For clients new to swimming, we find the best value for progress is when clients come to two lessons per week. All lessons are one hour and on a one-to-one basis to maximise your learning. One-to-one lessons enable us to tailor our sessions to your style and speed of learning. We just provide lessons for adults.

What you can expect?

Our syllabus includes elements that help to give our learners confidence in water. Aspects include learning treading water, floating, sculling and aquatic submersion. All of our adult lessons are on a one-to-one basis, to enable you to feel relaxed and learn at your own pace.
