This class is truly an All-Level class, aimed at accommodating all yogis, from brand new students taking their very first yoga class, to the seasoned practitioner who has been doing yoga for years. We adjust each class to fit the students that show up that day, showing modifications for poses to allow anyone of any physical, health or experience level attain the pose in a way that works for them in a safe and accessible manner. No two classes are the same, and you will be welcomed, no matter your size, shape, age or ability.

What you can expect?

Our monthly Meditation classes are back! Discover the power of quieting the mind as we learn to anchor our focus on something other than our thoughts. Various techniques will be explored so that you can find the ones that work best for you. No experienced needed and meditation can be done seated on a cushion or on a chair. All classes end with a relaxing Savasa (lying down meditation).
